About Me

Born in the mitten. College in Minnesota. Chicago living. 

As a lover of travel and opting for more of a “oh this looks fun” decision maker when exploring, my friends gave the me the nickname, Wandering Hallie. About a decade ago I began to explore life behind the lens for the first time as a pretend photographer - and have been lucky enough to photograph many events, locations, and people since then. By day, I am an SVP of digital strategy at a communications agency and enjoy taking photos of the little and big moments in between.

This site lives to showcase work and occasional thoughts along the way, albeit it is not always the readily up to date.
